Come join me for Sunday sound baths at Sol Studio where we will be working with the different astrological seasons to become our highest and best selves. This Cancer season we will be focusing on emotional nourishment, self-compassion and reconnecting with our inner child. Through nervous system regulation and learning to give ourselves grace, we can be more present in our everyday lives and affect others in a positive light. We are all co-creating this world together and are important pieces of the puzzle. Feel free to like and share this post with family and friends to share in the experience with you. Also, if you have had a sound bath with me please feel free to share a bit of your experience for new comers. Scroll down to the details to make sure you RSVP and have time to prepare so you arrive on time. DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 4PM AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME. This is to make sure the participants are not interrupted during their experience. I am excited to share sacred space with you and look forward to meeting you all. 🙏💚

-Please arrive at 3:30pm to begin to settle in.

-Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable. If you cannot lay down, chairs will be on hand if you need just let me know ahead of time so I can accommodate you.

-Bring water and a light snack if you wish.

-Again this is a non-refundable event so plan appropriately.

-Be prepared to have your phone all the way on silent.

-Children that can stay calm and quiet are welcome.

-Come with an open heart and mind and leave everything else outside the studio.

What a wonderful day it has been delivering relaxation and much needed pain relief for my clients in the convenience of their homes. No need to drive anywhere before and especially not after. They stay relaxed, jump in their whirlpool bath or take a nap! If you've even gotten a massage with me you know a nap is what your body orders afterwards a lot of the time hahaha...yup, life is good!

Yesterday I massaged a new client who's a momma that recently got foot surgery. She has always been an incredibly active person so the bed rest was killing her body and spirit. I gave her a full body massage and avoided the area where the surgery was done. We had an amazing conversation, even laughed a bit and more than anything her body was able to feel some much needed pain relief with increased circulation and warmth as a result of the body work. Afterwards, she said she felt so much better and after our conversation her spirit was up too! 🤩 It was a win-win for us both! I love my work!

And a consciousness with the ability to grow.
