Important Update to Our Cancellation Policy🚨🚨🚨
I’ve always prided myself on having the most amazing clients, and that hasn’t changed. I truly appreciate every one of you. Because of a few recent situations, and in order to continue providing the best service possible, I will be implementing a cancellation policy beginning January 1, 2026.
Any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that life happens. I’m always willing to be understanding when emergencies or unforeseen circumstances come up. However, last-minute cancellations, especially on Saturdays (our most in-demand day), leave your stylist in a difficult position and often unable to fill the time slot. A 48-hour window allows me a chance to offer that appointment to someone on the waitlist.
Beginning January 1, 2026, all clients will be required to have a credit card on file through their Booksy account to secure appointments.
