Hi! I’m Mallory, creator of Etown Elderberry Kits. I’m a Christian, wife, and stay at home mom to three beautiful children.

I created Etown Elderberry Kits after experiencing the immune boosting effects of elderberry syrup in my own health. One kit produces 16 ounces of syrup. All you have to do is dump the kit contents into a crockpot and add water. After it is cooked, simply strain out the liquid, add some honey and store in the fridge.

We welcomed our beautiful third child in May and I have been fully immersed in a baby bubble ever since. This elderberry business has not been in my brain.
