*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*

Good Morning,
This is Debbie, Chris’ wife.
I wanted to give you all an update on the salon.

We are pleased to announce that the salon will be staying open and continue to be Chris’ Hair Studio.

Sam is now your new owner. Please congratulate her. She will continue Chris’ legacy with the same “magic” he had.

Our phone number and hours will remain the same.
I will still be around helping in anyway I can. This was what Chris wanted. The salon will Remain a place of family and we welcome all of his customers to call and make appointments.
He kept excellent records so we have his colors formulas.

He loved “his girls” and would be so proud of them to continue his legacy.
Please give them some grace as they transition into this new phase.
Sam will be making cosmetic changes to the salon. Chris had planned on a renovation before he got sick in April.

Thank you for always supporting and caring for my Chris. This salon and every client that walked thru that door mattered. That will not change.

Congratulations Sam, take the reins and move forward with Heather and Melissa, that’s what he would wanted.

I am at a loss for words, yesterday the love that everyone showed Chris and myself was amazing.
I apologize for the long lines and wait times. It was definitely a testament to who he was in life.

To his Clients: he loved each and every one of you. I know a lot of you by name. I loved hearing your stories about how long he had been doing your hair. How many generations he had been cutting.
So many times I heard that he always listened to you. He was good at that. He Could talk about just about anything. He loved you all.
I also loved that he talked about me to you. Each time someone would say it, it felt like a hug from him.
He was my soulmate and the love of my life. I know I was his too. But, your words were so sweet and kind.
Thank You for being so loyal to Chris and the salon for all these years. If you need anything please give them a call. They will figure it out for you.
Just know it wasn’t just a job to Chris it was a Salon Family. He loves his girls and loved every client, his or theirs that walked through the door.
His presence will be missed but his legacy will live on forever.

Please be aware that the new roundabout is being constructed on 62 hwy. They have the exit coming off of and getting back on the bypass closed. Please make alternate plans to get to us. We have no idea how long this will take.

We do NOT take appointments online.
The feature is turned off but still somehow allowing it. Please call the salon for all appointments! Thank you

Update on Chris:

He had his first Chemotherapy On Tuesday.
He goes to the Cancer center for an infusion and then he has to take another type home that runs continuously for 46 hours.

Today he is tired and nauseous but doing good.

Please continue to give the girls grace in the salon, they are doing everything they can. They have really been our angels throughout this process.

We appreciate all the prayers, thought cards & gifts. You all have been so incredibly supportive. We appreciate each and everyone of you.

We will continue to give you updates and let you know how he is doing, as process goes along.

We have decided to close:
