Minnetonka’s Andy Steinfeldt, 71, Breaks World Planking Record Steinfeldt broke the Guinness World Record for his age holding an abdominal plank position. He held the plank for 38 minutes, breaking the previous record of 36 minutes, 58 seconds.

I went for a run today after church. I usually listen to something hi tempo, either rap or edm, but decided to leave on my gospel playlist.
Early on in my run, something very unusual happened. I wasn’t tired but felt heavy. I wasn’t in pain, but started crying. I’m not an emotional person. I haven’t cried in many years. All I can say is that God’s love is real and overwhelming. Afterwards I felt more free than I ever have. Like I could conquer any mountain!! These words were playing when it happened:
“Death could not hold You, the veil tore before You
