What’s unique about somatic massage? It promotes nervous system regulation and instead of a regular one size fits all treatment I move slowly through areas of concern that carry heavy tension and sometimes trauma so the body can feel it and let go. Oftentimes fascia releases emotions and old energy. Somatic work allows for the body to process things as we go and is making space for healing.
