A throwback from 10 years ago today, after experiencing much blood, sweat and tears I had finally made the Global Team for International!🥰 Oh how I remember what a feeling it was to be recognized on stage in front of 1000’s of Hairdressers. It was the biggest accomplish I had ever achieved in my life, one of my favorites moments.😍However the Journey was SOooo much greater than the Goal reached. Only wish I had known that before I had gotten so far. Grateful that I did enjoy the journey as much as possible, just wish someone had told me along the way to really stop and smell the roses! 🌹🌹

I am ever so grateful that the universe finally rewarded me with my dream salon a few months back on my 5 Year Anniversary 🥰

I was SO shocked when I heard the news that I had been selected as the Winner for the $500 Scholarship towards Sustainable Beginnings by 😍👏
It completely means the world to me for multiple reasons, one being that I am a HUGE advocate for saving Our precious Mother Earth. As well as I absolutely thrive off of what is doing for our Industry to help us recycle up to 85 % of what is being thrown away in salons today♻️💖
The most important reason is that my Papa Godfather of had shared his passions of using healing ingredients both good for YOU as a consumer and for Our Planet. He taught me everything he knew and all that his mentor Horst Rechelbacher founder of had taught him! For Horst touched my heart dearly when he made his second product line in honor of apologizing to Mother Earth and to share with Humans why it is absolutely crucial that we know what is going onto our bodies and into our bloodstreams as well as Mother Gaia our beautiful Home🙌🏽🌎

With our knowledge in infectious disease control and all the sanitation laws through the State Board of Cosmetology, along with now wearing a mask and following all other CDC guidelines, I would truly believe our Industry is one of the SAFEST places to work. With our medical grade disinfectants and sanitizers, we are next to medical when it comes to our clients safety. Our industry has been looked down upon for so long and it’s totally unfair and unjust when we hold the Professionalism that we do. 💇‍♂️💇‍♀️💖🙌

Small businesses including mine are suffering due to a 2nd shut down by our Governor Newsom in California. There have been 0 Covid outbreaks due to Hair Salons/Barbershop’s and only 1 from a Gym. Yet the Governor tells us that even with our required safety & sanitation laws we cannot work inside our profession salons. However we are allowed to work “outside” in a parking lot?!😳How clean, safe, sanitized & realistic is that? Oh and by the way, that is actually illegal to do and if caught by the State Board your License will be taken away for 2 years (which equals total career loss in our industry).
How are any of theses small businesses supposed to survive being forced to closed again, still having to pay rent, employees, & other bills? With no backing evidence of clear reasoning for spreading Covid, I must say it’s seems like a direct political attack to take out our middle class local businesses!
