Never skip your SPF! Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen and reapply every 2-3 hours, especially if you’re swimming or sweating.
💧Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water and use a hydrating moisturizer. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid that help retain moisture.
✨Exfoliate Wisely

Melanoma is the deadliest skin cancer, killing over 9,000 Americans every year. The best chance of survival is detecting it early before it has a chance to spread to other parts of your body.

If a mole appears on your skin, the ABCDE rule can help you know whether to see a dermatologist.

Another thing to look for is the “ugly duckling sign.” If the mole looks different from other moles, it is the “ugly duckling” and should be seen by a dermatologist. It is better to have a mole checked than to risk developing skin cancer.
