I can’t believe I [still] haven’t posted about the greatest thing about turning 30 and the greatest accomplishment of 2021…
With the inspiration of my watch, I trained all last year for my first ever Olympic Distance Triathlon. That is a 1.5k ocean swim, a 40k cycle, and a 10k run. My goal was to complete it in under three hours!
The race I wanted to run was in another state, here in Australia, and due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t travel to the event. So, in honor of my 30th birthday and with the help of some incredible humans, I was able to run my very own triathlon. It was by far the biggest challenge I faced mentally and physically but it was the biggest achievement! I completed my first ever triathlon in 2 hours and 56 minutes. And I’m still smiling to this day!
To anyone who is considering starting to train, wanting to improve your fitness level or wanting to achieve a fitness goal: I’m here to tell you that you C A N! We are all capable of so much more!
Get out there! Ride a bike! Go for a run! Swim in the sea! Consume quality food! Surround yourself with loving people! And live your life…without any expectations of success! Instead, create your own finish line with the exact image of what you want to achieve. Trust me, you will get it…I did. 🥰 //

Life is SO beautiful!
I am feeling extremely grateful for the opportunity I have to live in Australia and the people I have met that make it feel like home. Thank you for all of the post birthday love from those near and far! I have so much love for you for continuing to support my passion for truly LIVING! My birthday sure was a great day to celebrate that!!
