Beauty sleep is real, it's free, and it can start for you tonight.

You've probably already noticed that when you skimp on sleep, it shows on your face. Tired skin sags, bags, and loses its luster. Lack of sleep causes blood vessels to dilate, causing the look of dark circles. Not sleeping enough can also disrupt hormonal and metabolic changes that occur when you sleep. (Hormonal acne anyone?)

While you sleep, your skin renews itself. New skin cells grow and replace older cells. So how many hours should you sleep for beautiful skin? 7-8 hours is ideal, this gives your body time to do it's magic. What is sugaring?

Sugaring is a method of hair-removal founded by the ancient Egyptians. Sugaring involves the application of a paste made of sugar, lemon, and water to remove body hair. Results can last up to three to six weeks based on individual hair growth.

Which parts of the body is it best used on?

The ge***al area is actually the best place, although it is painful the first time the treatment is done. Subsequent treatments are less painful over time and clients will find that the hair comes back feathery soft and eventually not at all. The lower back and butt are the second best areas, while the chest and back hair are the most resistant due to the thickness and coarseness of the hair. It also varies from person to person and is based on ethnic backgrounds. For example a person of Sicilian background will have much thicker hair than someone that is Irish, so treatments are geared to be completely customized to the person.
