Beach N' is looking for a Self employed Hairdresser to rent station at $55 a day or $700 for the month.

2 hair stations available for Booth rental . (Manicurist part time booth rental also available)
1-part time hair station available at $55.00 a day.
1-full time hair station available at $700.00 a month.
Salon is well ventilated with lots of windows, that all open. Bright and has amazing light.

Rent includes : magazines, water & coffee, and clean towels.

Salon is located on 101
in Leucadia.

Must aquire own Encinitas business license and liability insurance.

You would keep your own book and manage your appointments and supply your preferred back bar.
Salon would carry retail and pay 10% retail commissions.
