Summer is one of the most enjoyable times of the year, but it's also one of the most demanding seasons for your skin. More sun, heat, perspiration, sunscreen, and environmental pollutants can all leave your complexion looking tired if you're not giving it a little extra attention.

A few simple habits can make a world of difference. Stay well hydrated, and make sure you're wearing SPF every day. If you wear makeup, apply sunscreen underneath, or choose a moisturizer with built-in sun protection.
