Todays the first day in a while that I thought to myself “I really like being pregnant” 🥹 ask me tomorrow and it might be different 😅 but I love my bump right now and I feel the need to document some recents on my timeline 😛 My body pain level is low currently (it fluctuates daily/weekly lol) and I just all around feel good. They say second trimester is a breeze but its when all the pain started for me and I’m so curious what 3rd trimester will bring 😅 but for today… I feel pretty great and excited for my little dude 🩵 28 weeks +4 days today 🤯

Working on my feet 5 days a week has been challenging and it’s definitely getting a little harder not gonna lie. But I also think it’s better than being sedentary and keeps me busy and moving around sooooo maybe it’s a perk! Add to that I’ve been trying to continue strength training 2-3 times per week at this point, along with some core and mobility at home when I can, and I’m just beyond grateful for my body for doing so much for me right now while also growing this little human perfectly thus far 🥹🩵👶🏼 (swipe for the latest ultrasound glamour shot 🤣😍)

Clients have asked what I’m doing for work, and currently I’m scheduled til June 14 and am fully booked so all I can offer anyone moving forward is the cancellation list…. Otherwise let’s see if I make it til then 😅🙏🏻🤞🏻 due date is currently June 27 but there’s a few things up in the air and being monitored that may push that up sooner (don’t worry baby boy is perfectly healthy 🩵🙏🏻) so ya never know… my body is not in my control at this point and I am being forced to surrender to whatever my body and baby needs 🧘🏻‍♀️ meditation has been HUGE for me the last month and keeping my sane 😬🫠😜

Til then, just trying to stay healthy, stay mobile and active so I can keep working, and keep this little babe happy in my belly 🥰 thanks to my friends, family and clients for all the love and support 🩵🩵🩵 nervous but excited to meet my little man in a couple months and get this new chapter started with my best friend and favorite human ever

It’s been a minute! 🙌🏻 I haven’t posted here in over a month, and guess what! The world still turned and life moved on 🤪😅

Honestly was nice to break away. Life’s been busy. I’ve been tired and growing a human. Just gonna show up here when I feel like I can from here on out 🩵

Im officially halfway through my pregnancy which is wild 😵‍💫 and coming back for these last 4 months of work before taking maternity leave is definitely going to look a tad different. I’ve realized physically I may be more limited… problem is I can’t predict how I’ll be feeling, so for now I’m just not booking myself as crazy as I “normally” would… it’s hard but it’s just reality. Keeping my body, baby, and my sanity in check is most important to me at this point. I’ve worked my b***y off for over a decade and being forced to slow down isn’t easy 😅 but ive accepted it 😇

Heres to hoping I have a smooth and healthy second half of pregnancy, and that I can continue to work as much as my body feels ok doing until the end 😬🩵🙏🏻

I love when someone’s grey works FOR them and creates such beautiful dimension… 🤌🏻 we use a demi-permanent at her roots and over time some of her grey peeks through but it just ends up looking like highlights 😬 she’s a lucky one! 😅 Not everyone’s hair works that way! Lol

Multiple ways to wear it ✅💚

A good block coloring goes a long way, and easily low maintenance in terms of lightening. We lighten this client maybe once a year and she can pop some color on top at home if she’d like, or come in for the creative color refresh every couple months

Using all permanent color (she had virgin hair after 2 years not coloring) with strategic application, multiple formulas with differing developers based on where it was used during the application. Her ends needed a higher developer to yield the desired end result, and a lower developer as we approach the root area so there weren’t hot roots ✌🏻

Love this rich tone. These full root to ends color require about 8-10 week root touch ups… unless you go 2 years and let it do it’s thing 😜😅
