I am pleased to announce that I have successfully completed the 24 CE live workshop on Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT)! This workshop was an incredible experience, providing me with valuable knowledge and skills in hands-on pain rehabilitation techniques.

Through this training, I have enhanced my ability to address various chronic pain and dysfunctions, including:

- Head and neck pain
- Dowager’s humps and forward head postures
- Sports injuries and tendinopathies
- Rib fixations and breathing disorders
- Foot and ankle injuries
- Low back protective muscle spasm, sacroiliac issues, and piriformis sciatica

I am committed to furthering my education by continuing with home study courses and attending additional CE workshops, with the goal of becoming a Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT).
