Lahana Dolma🥬 English⬇️ 1 lahana 1 soğan 1 su bardağı pirinç 2 domates 2 diş sarımsak 250 gr kıyma Maydanoz Zeytinyağ Tuz, karabiber, pul biber 2 yemek kaşığı salça İsteğe bağlı isot Sos için 2 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi ya da limon suyu 1 yemek kaşığı salça (biber ve domates) 1 çay bardağı zeytinyağ *Fırında üzerini yağlı kağıt ve aliminyum folyo ile kapatıp, 200 derece 60 dakika pişirdim. Daha sonra üzerini açıp 10 dakika daha pişirdim. Kızarınca hazır 😋 English⬇️ Ingredients; 1 cabbage 1 onion 200ml rice 2 tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 250 g minced meat Parsley Olive Oil Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons of tomato paste Optional isot For the sauce 2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup or lemon juice 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tea glass of olive oil *I covered it with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil in the oven and baked it at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. Then I uncovered it and baked it for another 10 minutes. Ready when it’s golden brown 😋 #lahana #cabbage #busezeynep
