We had ourselves a lovely mother’s day this past weekend on the deck at Duality. There is nothing better than community moving outside together. So happy the warm temps are finally here. more of this, please! happy days ❤️
Foundations. When you show up to a Foundations class, whether you’re new or seasoned, you’re showing up with intention. This class draws from the classic and weaves in structural integration concepts (think scoop, c-curve, articulation) so that you can get into your body, inhabit it, and feel what’s happening. It’s here, when you build foundational technique, that the work begins.

Come celebrate Mother’s Day with a mat pilates class on the deck at .brewing ! A little fresh air and movement, what else could we ask for? Funny you ask! This also happens to fall on Duality’s anniversary weekend, so stick around after class for brunch by .pdx + and a community garden plant sale. It’s going to be such a good morning!
