Sarah Wells is an energy conduit offering spiritual awakening experiences that bridge the physical and the divine. With a background in Holistic Lymphatic Therapy, Yoga, Shaking Medicine, and Energy Work, she weaves together Earth-based Somatic grounding with Celestial Light Activation to support deep healing and spiritual alignment. Through her Divine Light Activation sessions, Sarah creates a safe and sacred space for embodiment, flow, and energetic renewal, through Source Regulation.

Join us for a curated three part experience combining movement + touch. These classes are designed to emphasize the mind-body connection with our class themes: Reflect, Revive, and Renew! Each class will offer a different yoga sequence paired with intentional massage therapy techniques to create a deeper feeling of connection. Although these classes weave together, they are also appropriate to experience on their own- so you can decide to join for all three parts or just the ones that call to you. ✨

REFLECT
As the days continue to become increasingly longer + lighter- part one of our three part series invites you to ✨ Reflect ✨ This session is designed to help you pause and listen.
Decompress and invite more balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

REVIVE
Join us as we ✨Revive✨ the senses during Spring season with a blend of gentle + awakening movement + touch to release anything being held in the body.

RENEW
Through rejuvenating yoga movement + healing touch- you’ll feel a sense of ✨Renewal ✨ to prepare to transition into the warmer seasons- leaving you feeling lighter and more open to receive the abundance of Summer.

Classes are $44 ea or $120 for the series. All mats, props, and blankets provided. Please bring water to hydrate. 💧
