MY POLICIES! ✨✨

‼️‼️ I ONLY ACCEPT CASH, APPLE PAY, CASH APP. I NO LONGER ACCEPT CARD. SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD ‼️‼️

LASH EXTENSION FULL SET

• Please arrive 5-10 min early to your appointment!
* Please come with clean face and eyes!
* No eye make up on!
* I will give you a lash bath, but having make up on cuts into our time!
* Please allow at least 2hours for a full set
* Please go to the BATHROOM BEFORE your appointment.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY

* A 48 hour notice is REQUIRED!
* If I do not get a notification within the 48 hour mark I’ll consider that a NO CALL/ NO SHOW. And you’ll not be able to get your service done. We will have to reschedule for a different day/ time if I do not have any openings that same day.

LATE/ NO CALL NO SHOWS POLICY

* If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged an extra $10!
* An extra $10 will be charged to your service for every 10min you’re late.
* If you are late I will try to get done what I can or reschedule. Both of our times are valuable and I respect your time just as much as mine.
* If you no call no show more then 1 time you will be charged full price.
* If it continues I’ll have to require a deposit of $80
* I UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS!!

REFUNDS

* If you have an allergic reaction or concerns about your visit or your lashes contact me within 3 days of visit!
* If you are needing a removal due to an allergic reaction I will remove your lashes FREE OF CHARGE

* ‼️‼️THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!! ‼️‼️

PARTIAL SET/ FILLS

* If you come to a fill appointment with less than 40% of lashes remaining we will get done what we can with your appointment. And get charged for a partial set.
* If you have questions on if you need a fill or a full set please reach out.
* If you come to more then 1 fill appointment will less then 40% of your lashes remaining you will be charged for a FULL SET and I will get done what I can for your fill appointment.
