Do you feel like you have the “bad” kind of curls? I spend so much time smoothing my hair. Not because I dislike my curls/waves, but because I’m fighting nature. My blood, my people are from a highly humid region. I have to use product and diffuse and do so much to make my curls look good in Eugene, but anytime I go to Mexico or a tropical climate, my Hair styles itself. I walk out of the shower and let her dry, and she looks her best self. So, if you can relate to me, and are one of those people that actually have better hair in humidity, don’t feel bad, and don’t fight the funk. Just buy a rally goo leave in conditioner , because it’s not frizz. It’s dehydration. She thirsty, give her a big old drink. ❤️🤌🏽

Join the HAPI (Hair Artists in Pursuit of Inclusion) team for a discussion on ways to make your salon a more inclusive place for all hair types. “Wash & Go” style demo included, as well as tips to identify which products you should reach for when working with curls, kinks, or coils.

Oh heyyyyy 👋🏽 Todays a good day to slay some hair. I just wanted to let all you beautiful people know that after much deliberation I have decided to work only 1 Saturday a month from now on so I can be present for the girls playing sports, traveling to see Frankie, summer shenanigans, and family gatherings. I know many of you work during the week and to accommodate, the weeks that I don’t have the girls I will be available for evening appointments. I am working on the online scheduling site now to open up those evenings for y’all. Thank you so much for your understanding and support all these years! It is a pleasure to be your stylist ❤️❤️
