I fell in love with self care and body work many years ago. After primarily practicing massage I realized I wanted to continue learning about ways to help heal our bodies. I went to the Vodder International school in B.C. I hold both certifications (I'm actually the only one in Oregon who has both) The first is: MLD/CDT it stands for Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy. The second is: Clinical Wellness Therapist and that training focused on lifestyle disorders, pre and post surgery and non Lymphedema applications of MLD.

While MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) can be used to help treat disease side effects, and pre/post surgery circumstances, it can also be helpful in reducing stress and de-puffing your face. The benefits are numerous and I would love to consult with how my services can benefit you!
