Spot diminishing ALA mask treats acne prone skin to shrink oil glands and minimize colonies of bacteria responsible for acne. Blue LED light with 5-Aminolovulinic acid (ALA) penetrates the dermis to kill the bacteria that causes acne breakouts. I finally made “overnight oats”
Found a premixed version , it has mulberries, pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, golden berries, and dates. All I added was milk (and blueberries before eating) and let set overnight in the fridge.
Jury is still out on the texture.. it was kinda like eating soggy cereal, need tips!
I think next time I will let sit longer than 10 hours and less milk..
