IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MO HEALTHNET PATIENTS

We want to inform you of an important change that may affect your care at First Resort Chiropractic.

Effective July 1, 2026, MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) will no longer cover chiropractic services. This change applies statewide to all MO HealthNet participants, including those enrolled in managed care plans such as UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Home State Health, and Healthy Blue.

Coverage End Date:
After June 30, 2026, MO HealthNet will no longer provide payment for visits to a licensed chiropractor.

We understand this news may be disappointing and may create challenges in continuing the care that supports your health and wellness goals. Please know that this decision was made by MO HealthNet and is not a change initiated by our office.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to your healthcare.
Our team remains committed to supporting you and helping you understand your options moving forward.

We are closely monitoring any updates regarding this decision, including any efforts to reconsider or overturn the coverage change. If new information becomes available, we will communicate those updates to our patients as quickly as possible.
