Hues Salon & Wellness
An AVEDA Concept/Co-Branded Salon and Retailer Hues Salon & Wellness provides salon services to the Fairhope & Daphne, AL area
What a beautiful day of fundraising for our community!!!
We are sunburned. (Guess who didn’t reapply their COTZ?!)
We hugged strangers.
We high fived vendors.
We bought from our artist clients.
We sold strawberries until we were turning people away (next year we will have a truck ready on Arts and Crafts 😍)
We just met the big truck off the interstate and picked up 94 flats.
Simply amazing.
We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for pick up!
If you haven’t received a text from us yet, you’ll hear from me bright and early!
We have a “Strawberry pickup” service that n our online booking so that we can space the pickups out as to not create a traffic jam 🤪
Love yall!
19 North Church Street in Fairhope Alabama is making my whole birthday this year!
We have met so many butterfly enthusiasts so far! What a cool community we have!
Love you all so much!
We feel so blessed to have this weather 🤩🍓
LETS MAKE FAIRHOPE AWESOME AGAIN!
We are helping our community remember its roots:
FAIR - HOPE of SUCCESS for everyone.
Success means something different for everyone, money isn’t everything in life.
Peace, beauty, a supported eco system, small enterprises, a smile on the side walk, neighbors that care about one another, healthy animals, kids walking safe in our streets.
All of this is supported when we come together and find common causes to rally behind to join us in
“I love this community”.
And we do love this community.
I had so much fun yesterday meeting new people while I was covered in Earth, planting strawberry plants to further decorate for our on going fundraiser that has been extended through March 19th, Thursday.
(My birthday is the 18th, so feel free to support our Downtown Fairhope Small Business Beautification endeavor in my honor 😘)
Many small businesses lack funds to spruce up their buildings or garden spaces or overcome the challenges of construction that limit walking traffic.
So we made a plan. Join Southern Heritage Farms, a small local fundraising company, in their Annual Strawberry Fundraiser to benefit small businesses.
Then the mural on the hardware store came down. And the community spoke to us “We miss the Art, the photo opportunity, the walking traffic”.
So we made a pivot, now the small business beautification has become a community project and every supporter is excited about what’s to come.
A place to unite, and a cause that will be on going year over year to keep Fairhope beautiful, relaxed, and a place to meet new neighbors and fall in love with what made us wonderful to begin with.
Everyone is welcome in our gardens and our businesses at 19 N Church. We can’t thank you enough for the support. Please share with your friends, and we will see you while we play in the soil and grow community.
We love you!

Big thanks to some of the businesses that support our goals:

You don’t just want “people.”
You want the RIGHT people.
One thing we learned through coaching is this: anytime you’re collaborating in life — work, sales, family (reasonable 😅), community — the win has to be evenly distributed for the outcome to be truly positive.
But here’s the gap I realized recently — and it’s a burnout trigger.
CARING A LOT isn’t enough.
COMMUNICATING REALLY WELL isn’t enough.
The FIRST step is identifying the behaviors and attributes of the people who support your most enjoyable, fruitful, peaceful, joy-filled, productive life.
And I’m not saying if you picked wrong there’s no hope. If everyone is willing to build an “All Ships Rise” kind of win, growth is possible.
If you don’t believe me, ask my husband 😅 We were not the power couple we are today a decade ago. Growth required honesty. And choosing differently.
But life gets a whole lot harder when you start by trying to force a square peg into a round hole.
So how does this apply to the salon?
In 2026, we’re getting laser focused on our ideal clients. The ones whose lives are lifted by spending time with us — not just their roots, volume, or skin.
We shine when we’re not rushed. When we can do the consultation you’ve never had before. When we get to the root of what you NEED, not just what you think you WANT.
We have a heart for community. That’s what birthed Beauty Squad. A foreign concept to many — where the client experience matters more than one solo rockstar being your only lifeline.
There is no perfect stylist. No perfect salon. No perfect client in Fairhope, Alabama.
But if you’re looking for depth over speed, collaboration over ego, and a salon experience rooted in community…
We might be your people.
If you’re looking for a salon in Fairhope, Alabama that values thoughtful consultations and shared wins — we might be your people.
