As a professional, I am honestly disappointed.

This teenager came to us as a new client for what was supposed to be a quick mini foil to get her ready for senior portraits tomorrow. Instead, Brooklin and I spent from 1PM–6:50PM correcting work that honestly never should have left a salon.

She came in with exposed rows, matting underneath, uneven placement, and extensions literally falling out. The bottom row had already been moved up last week because it had completely fallen out.
A hook was left in her hair once as well.
She was also under the impression she was getting full foils every other time.

We ended up removing all of the extensions, doing a full platinum card, keratin express treatment, and a fresh cut to help get her hair looking good again.

I will not share the salon because this post is not about drama. It is about awareness. Please do your research before trusting someone with your hair, especially extensions. No client should think this level of install and maintenance is normal.
