When booking please book a detangle service and/or blowout service if you are not wanting to do it yourself prior to your appointment. (Yes, when you get there more than likely I will be touching it up because I’m very particular about having it blown out well to ensure we have a smooth service) But coming in matted or not blown out at all and expecting to still leave your appointment at the same time is crazy work. Here is why… 98% of my clients have HAIR HAIR and I can’t think of one that is relaxed. With that being said it takes 1-2+ hours to detangle and blowout. That pushes my schedule back, which doesn’t only affect me and OUR appointment but also my following appointment(s) or anything I have to do afterwards. I have spent the last two years NOT charging these fees and it’s really taken a toll on my business and my personal time. I’m not longer doing that. Please understand that this is how a normal salon works and that’s how I’m going to be running as well. No matter who the client is! You don’t want to work for free, and neither do I. Thank you for understanding and for always supporting 🩷
