In honor of National Foster a Pet Month (June), join us for a heartwarming Puppy Yoga class in partnership with Homeward Trails Animal Rescue 🐶✨

Flow through an all-levels yoga class surrounded by playful, adoptable puppies while supporting an amazing cause. This is a donation-based class, and 100% of proceeds go directly to Homeward Trails to support their rescue efforts.

If you’re unable to attend or would like to contribute further, you can scan the donation QR code on the flyer. 

✨ Most puppies will be available for adoption
✨ Ages 10+ (under 18 must attend with a guardian). Each attendee must have their own ticket.
✨ Bring a mat you don’t mind getting a little messy — they’re puppies after all, and accidents can happen!

Puppy wellbeing is our top priority, with handlers onsite to ensure the puppies are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the event. The studio will be professionally cleaned after the session

Join us for a donation-based yoga class supporting the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention’s National Capital Area Chapter through the Construction Hike for Hope.
 
All donations will go directly to the National Capital Area Chapter, helping keep funds local and supporting the chapter’s work in education, advocacy, research, and programs for loss survivors, as well as community-based su***de prevention efforts. This event also helps raise awareness around mental health in the construction industry, which has one of the highest rates of su***de.
 
Free Admission: The class is free to attend as a donation-based class.
Donations: We’ll have a QR code available for easy, on-the-spot donations to the AFSP. It’s a simple way to give, and every contribution—big or small—helps support their vital work in su***de prevention and mental health awareness.

We’re so excited to bring back Goat Yoga 🐐 to the community in partnership with our friends at  !
 
🤍 What to expect? An hour of lighthearted fun as you flow through yoga poses led by  a certified yoga instructor, while baby goats roam, snuggle, and maybe even hop on your back! 
 
📍Location? The class will take place in the lot behind Botanologica. 
Free neighborhood street parking is available on S Spring St., just around the corner from the shop. Please carpool if you are able!
 
All yogi levels are welcome and the class is suitable for ages 6+. 
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel.
