24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.

No-Call, No-Show
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Repeat No-Call, No-Shows
Repeated no-call, no-shows will result in being unable to book future appointments.

Please Communicate
Life happens! If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.

Lately, I’ve had quite a few people reaching out looking for appointments with only a few days’ notice, and unfortunately I’ve had to turn many away due to limited availability. While I always do my best to accommodate everyone, my schedule is filling up quickly especially with summer in full swing and holidays approaching.

To help ensure you get the date and time that works best for you, I highly recommend booking your appointments 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
