If you can’t give the courtesy of messaging me to tell me that you’re not coming to your appointment why bother booking at all? That’s how you get banned. I send a confirmation text/email AND reminder with the date, time and address. On top of that I try to message all my new clients a thorough message with the address and instructions to get to my suit, just in case you didn’t get it. I give a 15 minute grace period, if you can’t make it I will charge 20% of your service and if you don’t pay that you cannot book with me until it’s paid. If you refuse to pay it you will be banned, simple as that. I’m nice but I WILL NOT be taken advantage of, this is MY BUSINESS!!!

I’m looking for some brand ambassadors for my business! I would like 3 total. You must get your nails done regularly to be an ambassador, have at least 1,000 followers and SHARE MY WORK! You will receive 20% off every service and every time you refer someone and they book with me, you will get an additional 10% off your services each month! Referred clients will receive 10% off their first service and a loyalty card! The loyalty card will allow regular clients a chance to receive their 5th service HALF OFF and their 10th service for FREE!
