the amounts of last minutes of cancellation, no call or showing, the rules have changed. If you know that you are not sure to come to your appointment, please, please do not book. Remember that when you book, you block a spot to someone else. But also, you make us adjust our time to serve you and respond to your need. Understand that braiders have their own lives outside of business. So, we will really appreciate that you show some respect and consideration. We know that things can happen sometimes, but not all the time. So, it will be taken into consideration as well. It is not just about money, but the relationship and trust that we need to build up with each other's. Also, we can accept walk in as long as it is an open day. However, you need to understand that if someone else already booked online and paid a security deposit, that person will be priority. Most of the time, people will book in advance, and it can happen that they forget, or I forget to check on my side as well. Meaning that we can make an arrangement. However, it cannot be all the time. Same thing for people who wait until last moment to cancel their appointment. If you have done it at least two times, you will be requested to book online and pay in advance a security deposit of $50 nonrefundable, before I approve your appointment. The $50 will be removed from your original price the day of your appointment. Let say for example if your service is 200. You will pay $50 in advance and the 150 when you will come for your appointment. If you decide to not come after you have booked, this money will not be considered to your next appointment. You will need to pay again another $50 to book. If you are late for your appointment, please, please to call or text at least, don't wait until we call and ask if you are still coming or being on your way. If you texted and did not get a response, please, please just CALL�
FYI: if you are new and prefer to schedule your appointment, you will need to pay the $50 security deposit nonrefundable. If you don't feel comfortable, feel free to just call or text to know if we have an opening. �

We will love to serve everyone, but we need to show respect to each other's. If we are late on our sides, we will make sure to let you know in advance if you need to come a little bit later. If can happen that we forget due to the busy schedule, just be kind and patient. You will be served. Understand that all hairstyles are different, and the time can never be the same. We can only give you an estimation. All heads, hair texture, etc are different as well. So be patient, please. Another thing is when we ask for picture, it is to be on the same page. But remember that a braider cannot do miracles. You cannot have your hair exactly as the person's hairstyle on the picture. Because you are not that person, your head and hair might be totally different and also, braiders don't braid the same. We will do our best to give you a smile at the end. ��
