My word of the year is CONFIDENCE!
This whole concept is new to me so I’m learning!
I turned 40 at the beginning of this year and I’ve noticed over the last few that my confidence was no longer a close friend of mine 🥺 I kept asking where she had gone and how do I find her again 🤷🏼‍♀️
Then one day I was listening to a podcast and Jenna mentioned her word of the year and I thought it was cool but nothing more. Then another day I said “Why don’t I have a word of the year and what would it be?” Like magic confidence came to my mind…it was like a light bulb over my head ☺️ I will be focusing more on my confidence this year! Thank you Jenna!
