My schedule is now opening through Boulevard again! I will be discontinuing use of Vagaro after February 11th, but rest assured, all my pre existing February and March appointments on my Vagaro calendar, are accounted for on my boulevard schedule!

Hi, Friends!! It’s been a minute since I’ve done one of these types of posts and this is a long one that bares exciting news 🦋
Most of you know me already, but my name Samantha Jones Mast, and I’m beyond thrilled to reintroduce myself as the founder of Samantha’s Holistic Haven! Beginning on December 3rd, 2024, I will be operating as an independent service provider! Ahhhh!!!!
This journey has been an evolving dream of mine, and because of your incredibly humbling support and trust, it continues to be a reality. I am filled with immense gratitude for each of you who have been a part of my journey—whether you’ve been with me for years or we’re just connecting now. Sam 3+ years ago would’ve never imagined this is where we would be, today. The gratitude I feel for every single part of it is overwhelming in the best way. This was the natural next step into the next chapter of this one wild and crazy life that I get, and to get to be a small part in each of your lives, through this, brings me a feeling words can’t quite explain. The love is real. I cannot wait to see where the next 3+ years takes me.

With that being said, here is what you can expect with this new chapter:

I am still located at Crown Beauty Bar - a space I am eternally grateful to get to be in. Things will just look a little different with booking and check in/out! I will also be changing and expanding some things with my menu/pricing, and all of that information will be disclosed on my website www.samanthasholistichaven.com 🫶🏻

Booking: You can now book your appointments directly through www.vagaro.com/samanthasholistichaven with dates open from 12.3.2024 and on. I’m using Vagaro for easy, streamlined scheduling, so you can reserve your time with ease! Vagaro also offers a convenient app option, where you can create a profile and book straight from the app — which I thought was pretty cool!
Availbility: My schedule will be open Tuesday-Friday 9am-2:30pm. For my loyal late afternoon clientele, I will have 2 late afternoons open a month to accommodate those times, however, those times will not be available to book online. You will have to schedule that directly through me via text or instagram message. Most know who they are and I have communicated this with them, but for those whom I haven’t seen yet — I got you! One thing I don’t take for granted with this career is the privilege I have to serve you guys and still get to drop off, and pick my son up from school and be his mom in the afternoons, and it wouldn’t be possible without my clients.
Checking in: The front desk will no longer serve as a check in point for appointments with me. Vagaro offers a contactless check in, if you have the app, that I will have set up for you guys to use, otherwise you will still come inside at or a little before your appointment time and utilize Crown’s waiting area and hang tight until I come and grab you 🙂
Payment Options: I now offer various payment methods, including cash*, venmo*, Zelle*, and contactless options through Vagaro to make checkout as smooth as possible. *preferred
Special Services: Stay tuned for exciting additions such as sound healing, Reiki, and facial/body lymphatic massage, and more! Sound healing will be live in December; I am finalizing the service structure to introduce the service to you guys, and it will expand from there.
Policies: To ensure the very best experience for everyone, please review my policies on cancellations, rescheduling, etc. on my website. The purpose of my business policies is to create clear boundaries that protect myself, my business, and my clients, ensuring a professional, respectful, and seamless experience for everyone.
Products: I will be continuing to graciously work with Live Botanical products within my services. If you haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing this line yet.. I highly, highly recommend. With that being said, I will be carrying a handful of their products for retail through my website or in person with me. I am going to start with 5-6 of my core, most beloved and recommended products and will expand based on demand! I have an online store set up through my website with PayPal/Venmo as payment option and in person pick up only (for now, am willing to ship if requested!), as well as the option to come in person to purchase product during your appointment time/my business hours, or otherwise arranged 🫶🏻
