Just so you know all forms of permanent cosmetics, including microblading , are tattoos and are NOT considered semipermanent. Microblading pigments go in the same area of the skin that body art tattoo pigments go. The only reason it fades faster is the fact that the microstrokes are so tiny they fade faster than a solid brow or colorful art piece.

So excited to tell everyone about the House Bill to require a minimal amount of training to do permanent cosmetic tattooing is now in the Wa. St. Senate! Hope it passes without many changes. Contact your Senators to give us support please.
Well, the House Bill 1158 requiring 100 hrs. of training to do permanent cosmetics is making it's way through the legislature. Contact your representative to give this bill support please! right now there is NO requirement!!!
