I want to address a few things because for the past 3 weeks MY MY MYY .. first off consideration, communication, and respect go a LONG way when running a business!

First and foremost, PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BOOKING BEFORE YOU BOOK! Why would you book an appointment, receive the service you selected, and then turn around and dispute the charge? That is absolutely unfair to someone who has taken the time to provide you with a service.

I UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS! Things come up, emergencies happen, and sometimes situations are beyond our control. I have always tried to be understanding and accommodating when possible.

However, I’ve already made exceptions for TWO late arrivals, and unfortunately, I’ve seen what being overly lenient can lead to. I WILL NO LONGER BE MAKING EXCEPTIONS TO MY LATE POLICY!

💳 PAYMENTS: My website DOES NOT require you to pay in full when booking. It only requires a deposit! If you CHOOSE to pay the entire balance upfront, please understand that is YOUR personal decision, not something I required of you.

So to pay in full, later find someone “cheaper,” make subliminal Facebook posts, and THEN dispute the charge is absolutely INSANE to me. 😭 Let’s be serious!

💇🏽‍♀️ WHO DO I SERVICE AND WHAT DO I PROVIDE? I service KIDS (most ages), MEN, and WOMEN! I do natural braiding services , regular braiding services, loc services, wicks and any kid service. Everyone is welcome in my chair as long as the service is something I offer and can safely provide.

💬 QUESTIONS & COMMUNICATION: I am MORE THAN WILLING to answer any questions you may have before booking! I would rather you ask and understand than book something you’re unsure about. However, if I’ve answered the same question three times, I will simply refer you back to our previous conversation. I’m always willing to communicate, but please take the time to READ and understand the information being provided.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. ALL I ASK IS FOR CONSIDERATION! 🩷

I put my time, energy, money, and talent into my business. This isn’t just something I do for fun. This is my livelihood, my passion, and something I’m working extremely hard to build.

You are ALWAYS welcome to shop around, compare prices, and book with whoever fits your budget. I have absolutely NO issue with that! But please don’t make your change of mind MY financial responsibility.
