Most people think hairdressers suggest good shampoo to make extra money off their clients. However, THIS is proof how bad build up can get on the hair!

I was lightening a woman’s hair yesterday and noticed how resistant it was to lighten, and this I realized why. What u see at the bottom of this processing cap is buildup literally melting off the hair! The ingredients in certain shampoos are basically coating your hair with plastic. It may feel “silky smooth” at first, but after a while you get so much buildup your hair dies from the inside out, because it can’t get any moisture through the layer of coating.

Makes you think twice before grabbing that Pantene off the shelf next time 😉

Side note: everyone wondering what’s a good shampoo; your main focus is to look for products without silicone, sulfates, or parabens.

GREAT NEWS! Salons have been given the OK to reopen! We are planning to start serving our customers again on June 16!!

There are lots of changes......
Services will be on an appointment basis only, and to be fair, the customers that had appointments when we were shutdown will get the first appointments available. For the foreseeable future we can’t serve anyone on a walk-in basis. We can’t have a waiting room so when you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car until we call you in- the door will be locked. You’ll have your temperature taken before you’re allowed in. Only the customer getting a service can be allowed in the salon. We’ve all been COVID-19 certified and the salon will been sanitized between customers. At this point masks are required.

We’re putting in a lot of work to be ready for the reopening and keep everyone safe. There has been a large cost to get us ready and this will result in our prices being raised- the first time in 23years. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing all of you soon😘
