Office cleanup day with my favorite little helper 💕
Although… I think Juliana may have misunderstood the assignment and decided testing the relaxation level of the massage table was the most important job. 😂
Today we’re doing some refreshing around the office and Chelsea is adding a little love (and paint 🎨) to the new space where she’ll be offering Equiscope sessions through her practice. 🌿
One of my favorite parts of this wellness journey has been connecting with other practitioners who share the same passion — helping the body heal, restore, and function at its best.
I’m excited for what’s growing inside these walls. 💙✨

I spend my week encouraging others to listen to their bodies, slow down, and make time for healing… and sometimes I need that reminder too. 😊

🌿 Wellness Wednesday 🌿
Practicing what I teach.
As therapists, caregivers, parents, and busy professionals, we are often great at taking care of everyone else…
…but we sometimes forget that our bodies need support too.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that wellness isn’t about waiting until your body forces you to stop.
It’s about creating time to restore, recover, and reconnect.
Yesterday I took my own advice and gave my body time to receive care. 🤍
Supporting the nervous system, reducing stress, improving recovery, and allowing the body to slow down are all important pieces of overall wellness.
