Self-care Sunday

Lymphatic drainage may be having a moment, but it’s far from a new wellness trend.

Developed nearly a century ago, this gentle technique was originally created to support the lymphatic system and help the body manage swelling, congestion, and recovery.

Today, it’s used to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, support circulation, and help the body function at its best.

Understanding how your lymphatic system works is one of the first steps toward supporting your overall health from within. ✨

My last client today made significant strides in her recovery from cosmetic surgery, thanks to lymphatic drainage therapy. I couldn't help but smile as I witnessed her using the toilet to urinate, and doing so with ease.

Is the little things that keeps me going, and loving what I do.

Anne Hathaway the queen that you are 👑 slay the house down boots, no notes.

People question why Anne Hathaway looks so amazing and still like herself as she’s aged. And this is a true testament to her taking care of her skin! While I do believe she receives cosmetic treatments, if you don’t take care of your skin outside of the office those treatments aren’t worth it.

I am a Mexican woman, born in the USA and like many Americans, I wasn’t taught much about Juneteenth in school. I wasn’t taught the full story of Black history in America. That’s not something I can change.
But I can choose what I learn now. I don’t share this post because I have all the answers. I share it because I believe learning matters. History matters. And understanding experiences outside our own matters. Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom. It is also a reminder that freedom and equality have not always arrived at the same time.

We can’t change the history we were taught.

But we can choose what we learn next.

And I’m still learning❤️🖤💚
