The SPF on your sunscreen is only as effective as the amount you apply. Most of us unknowingly use too little, which means we’re likely getting far less protection than we think.

A few gentle reminders:

☀️ Reapply every 2 hours when you’re outdoors—or after swimming or sweating.
☀️ Pair it with a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses for even better protection.
