It’s week 1️⃣ of a new month and I’m sure that we all would like to start fresh. And how convenient is it that it’s Get Organized Week? I promise, I did not make this up.
I shared a few tips 📝 on how I stay organized. Sometimes I can get scatter brain 🧠 where things begin to fumble all together, but these quick simple tips have helped me stay on track with my daily duties. Simple and practical. 😌
The last tip is a daily challenge, but it brings me joy to check things off of my to-do list.☑️

This week is BE KIND TO HUMANKIND Week. Lord knows the many stressors we experience from a day to day, but let us not forget to be kind to one another. A lot of us face battles that we often don’t talk about. Likewise, I want to remind you to be kind to your neighbor not only this week, but everyday after. I love you CR Family and so does Jesus. 🌺

This week has been an interesting week. I’ve come to realize that I am always on the move because every second of my day is accounted for. Yet, I don’t have much time allotted for myself to be with myself. Literally everyone, including God has my time. 😆

We are like plants and in order to meet our full potential that God created us to, we must learn the soil of our being and examine the soil where we are planted. Everyone is unique what feeds one plant may not feed another so remember to feed your body mentally, physically and Spiritually.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month and according to the National Council, 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year. I’m not surprised by this stat because I know many who are near and dear that have experienced mental illness at some point in their lives.
Personally, life can become overwhelming to the point where I think I just might break. However, I am reminded that this too shall pass and my soul is comforted. Sometimes I may even have to schedule a therapy session because seeking professional help is sometimes necessary . Nevertheless, I want you to be encouraged and know that you are not alone.
Remember self care is inclusive of your mental health too so don’t neglect it. 💕

To some this is a beautiful time of year and to others it could be one of the toughest time of the year especially in this past year a lot of people have lost mothers, Aunts, Grandma’s, individuals who played mother-like figures in their lives. I simply want to encourage you with the love of Christ that can fill up in any hole or brokenness. If you are lonely may He shower your heart with His presence, feeling forsaken He has adopted you with His blood. For the expecting mothers Congrats😀🎉.
