Hey guys, this is Bill.. I pinched a nerve in my lower back at the gym. I've been on heat and ice for days and still cant bend or even walk without every step being very intentional. I'm hoping to get into my chiropractor in the morning, but as of right now I WILL NOT BE AT WORK TILL HOPEFULLY TUESDAY. If anything changes for the immediate better, I will keep you posted. Sorry if you're super hairy!

We will be open Tuesday (All day), Wednesday (morning 8 am) till we clear the room. Thursday off, and then back to normal operating hours Friday and Saturday. Merry Christmas!
