A few candles from our everyday Legacy Collection.
Sometimes you have to get started when starting isn't what everyone else thinks you should do.
Before Culpepper Candle Co. our candles were a part of our soap brand . I've been a soaper since 2012 and I found that the candles were getting lost behind all those bubbles.
One day I was sitting meditating when the Spirit nudged me to give the candles their own identity. At first thought I almost complained about all the work that would have to go into putting things together. Not to mention coming up with a business strategy for a candle company. Second thought was, I'm up for the challenge. Now I'm thinking this is one of the best decisions I could have made.
After careful thought their new name Culpepper Candle Co. was birthed. Then came the new branding, etc. A friend of mine in business thought it was crazy to "rebrand" the candles, I on the other hand was confident in the decision to do it and went for it.
Now that we've made it to this point I'm convinced that these candles are getting recognized beyond what I ever expected in such a short time. We haven't even launched yet and the response thus far has been phenomenal.
The moral of the story is: When you have a vision or an idea don't let anyone talk you out if it. Greatness is within you and it has to be birthed. So what if you have to start over, what you've already learned is going to propel you to your next level of success....faster! Every lesson is a blessing!
