Tides & Strides Walk/Run Club

NEXT MEET🌅 join the girls for a sunset walk down the beach! we'll have gloves and bags for anyone wanting to clean as they go 🫶 meet us at the entrance of the beach boardwalk and we will promptly begin the walk at 6pm!

What to bring
• water to stay hydrated💧
• hats or sunnies for the sun 🕶️

Join us on Saturday morning, June 11th for a beach cleanup on Okaloosa Island! We will meet at Rockin Tacos at 7am to begin!

You + Me + Doughnuts? 🍩😍 NEXT MEET! We are so excited to partner with on July 12th for a morning walk in Destin!!!

We will do a casual, social walk in the neighborhood beginning at 8AM, and meet back at their business at 9AM to grab breakfast together ☕ The girls that RSVP with us will get a FREE gluten-free doughnut! Just DM us to be added to the headcount! They also have a delicious drink menu to order from! 😋

JULY CALENDAR! ✨ this month is all about community and we've got lots of social events, walks, and beach meets! you won't want to miss our walk at Coastal Protein & Energy Destin, or the Birthday 5K with Chat and Trot Run Club! More details soon to come! As well as a fun outdoor movie night hosted by 🩷 hope to see you at one of our meets this month!

All meets are free and open to the public. DM us if you have any questions on locations or times! We've got a private WhatsApp group chat for any girls wanting to connect with other members, so DM us for details!

NEXT MEET ✨ let's do some interval training together! meet us at Ferry Park this Sunday for a 2 mile interval, doing 60 second sprints / 90 second walks. This training is perfect if you're just getting into running, or want to work on your endurance. Of course, walking is always welcomed as well.

What you'll need
• water bottle to keep you hydrated
• headphones optional
• watch if you want to pace yourself
• pickleball paddles if you'd like to hit the court after!

SUMMER RELEASE & RESET 💥
Join Tides & Strides for a special Rage Night with on Tuesday, June 16th at 5:30 PM!

We'll kick off the evening by releasing some stress in the rage room, then decompress with a creative flip flop craft to decompress, connect, and reset for summer! 🩴

We'll create a charcuterie board so bring a small plate, snack, or board to share! 🍓

This event is limited to just 12 Tides & Strides girls.

We've got something fun planned on Sunday! 🤭 "Anything BUT run" meet!! We'll be using the Okaloosa Glow Path beginning at John Beasley Beach Park to bike, skate, scooter, etc! If you'd like to just pop in some headphones and walk the path instead, you are more than welcome! 🩷
