Partner Soma Flow

This Saturday, July 13th, 4-6pm

This is a rescheduled sold-out date initially scheduled for June. I had a couple of down days upon returning from my solo journey in New York.

Unfortunately, Four people could not make the new date, so those spots are up for grabs.

$33 each
$66 per couple

What is Partner Soma Flow??

This 2-hour workshop is a perfect date night with your partner or a friend!

I have been working with the body for over 14 years now; Yoga, Reiki, Thai-yoga Bodywork, as well as traditional Table Massage++

Over the years, I have often thought about how rich it would be for folks to have a few simple techniques in their toolbox to help ease their partner's (or friends') lower back stress, headaches, plantar fasciitis, and so on!

Not only that, but a safe & intentional touch provides an abundance of benefits to the mind, body, and spirit.

This Saturday will be at Llamaste Yoga & Healing

Ft. Worth, TX 76112

The last workshop was so much fun, and time flew by! With everyone's consent, we went over 30 minutes.

It's truly amazing how restorative play can be.
