Currently on hiatus It doesn't take just anyone to be a hairstylist. It takes an artist! It takes a creative eye! and it takes passion!!! Appearances do matter!

On top of being equipped with those 3 main factors I also have extensive training and certification to ensure that all my clients look their best and feel their best! I don't just give someone a fresh new look, I give them confidence in themselves!

How do you do? I… see you’ve met my… shirts that I sell at my online shop. 🎶💋 04/03/2023

Be sure to follow me on my Visual Arts Page! This is what I’ve been up to! It’s not just shirts that feature my artwork.

Art by Carolyn Taylor As a Texan artist I love creating paintings that reflect what I cherish and find fascinating. You can buy my art from my online shop or see my one of a kind pieces on display at the Sinclair Hotel in Fort Worth, they are also for sale! Support local art!

Hello everyone!

I feel I owe you all an explanation and some salutations! For the past 2 years I’ve been undergoing a “metamorphosis” of sorts. It’s been real. When the pandemic hit it shifted things enough to make me really wonder what I wanted my life to look like.

Most of you all know I’m a Mom. My children need me to stick around for them, so I made the decision to take a break from the hair industry until things simmer down enough that I feel it is safe again. I’ve had awful bronchitis that led to asthma in the past so I don’t have the best lung function and I get sick so easily, so I personally, felt this hiatus is what is best for me and my family.

I have yet to go back to taking clients to do hair. However, should things keep progressing for the better I would love to get back to doing hair again! 🥰

What have I been up to? I have been focusing on my children’s home education and artwork more. 🎨
As some of you are aware I had been illustrating a children’s book. It’s finished and currently at the publishers so I can’t tell you more about it just yet. I’m still waiting to hear back if it will be published. I’m hopeful I’ll hear back soon.

While that’s been cooking I have been creating new artwork to sell from my online shop. I have paintings of famous people that I admire, animals I think are cool, and some other stuff I think is neat. Feel free to check out the link to my online shop and support your local artist! 🤘

I hope you have all been well and staying safe! I look forward to the day when we can catch up like old times and I can do your hair again! ☺️❤️
