If you are new here I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Melissa and I am the owner and founder of Eli Rose Beauty Co. formerly know as Makeup by Mela.
I have been in the wedding & beauty industry for the past 9 years. I LOVE being a part of someone’s special day and making them feel beautiful both inside and out! We specialize in soft glam and enhancing your natural beauty! My team of hairstylists will literally make all of your bridal hair dreams come true! ☺️We are based out of Ft worth Tx. But travel all over the DFW area and beyond! I am so blessed to have an amazing team and that I get to do what I love for a living!!🤍🙏🏻
A few fun/random facts about me!

✨I’m very type A and a perfectionist which comes in quite handy when you are a business owner and makeup artist!😉

✨I am a mama of 2 little ones and they are my everything. 💕When I decided to rebrand my business name, it’s actually named after my children. Eli for Elijah and Rose is my daughters middle name and that’s how Eli Rose Beauty Co. was born.

✨All of our animals names end with an “O”
Our dog Gizmo, and our 2 cats Nemo and Coco. It was just purely an accident but interesting non the less. Haha

✨ I can always relate to my brides to be when they tell me they met their person on a dating website as I met my husband on Plenty of Fish! If you asked me way back when, Would I meet my now husband on a dating website…I would of literally laughed out loud but hey here we are 13 years and 2 kiddos later!!🙌🏻

In 2023 let’s please stop ghosting and ignoring us as vendors. Also I am so sorry if a vendor has done that to you and it’s equally not okay.
If we took the time to reply to you, even knowing that we don’t have your date available, We still send a response letting you know that. Imagine if we ghosted and ignored prospective clients I wouldn’t have a business.
You can take 30 seconds or less out of your day to say the following vs just not replying at all and leaving us to wonder if you even got our email or you are no longer interested.
Here are some easy quick responses:
I have decided to go another direction but thank you for your time.
You are out of my budget but thank you for your time.
If you are replying to multiple vendors you can always do a simple copy and paste.
We get it you are busy sending inquires to several vendors and we are also equally busy sending responses to several prospects/clients.
We appreciate a response as much as you all appreciate us replying to you.
