Another new recipe this week, Korean inspired beef! This made the house smell SO GOOD, and needless to say, no leftovers 😂😂😂 Eric hit this one out of the park!

Perfectly CRISPY chicken wings! Bae made wings for dinner last night in my favorite flavor, and Buffalo, and they were SO GOOD! We make them in the airfryer and share our process in our new cookbook(Check link in bio for more info)!

When bae cooks dinner the plating is just 🧑🏼‍🍳😘

Pan seared chicken breast with artichoke sauce. This sauce is SO EASY! Add a can of artichoke hearts, wine, almond milk, garlic, olive oil and season with pepper & parsley.

When it comes to making soup, nothing beats homemade chicken broth! If you’re a regular purchaser of rotisserie chicken, you’re getting two meals! After eating off the chicken, boil the rest in water until you can easily remove remaining meat, add veggies and you’re ready for another meal!

Wild caught cod, bell pepper, broccoli and crab, seasoned generously! I love that making fish can be a one sheet pan meal! Not only is cleanup quick and easy, but seafood just makes me happy 🙏🏻😍

Tried something new and made this delicious crabby salad yesterday! Fresh lettuce from the garden and mixed together some of our crab with guacamole to top it off! It was really good! Next I might try using the lettuce as wraps and trying a few more ingredients.

We were off work yesterday so today marks the start of a new week! New weeks call for a new !

For Father’s Day we picked crabs so many of our meals will incorporate all the extra crab meat! Stay tuned!

Finally made my first dairy free and sugar free Cappucchino! I’m not someone who typically drinks coffee every day but when I do want coffee it’s always cappuccino. I love me some Starbucks but they don’t have sugar-free almond milk so their cappuccinos are too sweet. With my own machine, I’m the barista so I can make it how I like! This one uses organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk, fresh ground espresso, and a dash of 100% cocoa. My heart is happy. ❤️ Happy Friyay!

Need something easy to make in a big batch? Things are getting busy around here so my future mother in law made us a big batch of taco soup to have for this week! Use your favorite taco meat (we use ground Turkey), tomatoes and chilies, a variety of beans, onions, corn and seasoning! Super easy and delicious!
