Exploring Croatia’s third-largest island — Brač 🇭🇷
Clear water, quiet streets, and beautiful views. Since we came in the off-season, it felt like we had the whole island to ourselves.
The pictures don’t do it justice — you have to experience it for yourself. Totally worth the flight.✈️

Omiš, Croatia 🇭🇷
Tough climb. Epic views. Totally worth it. 🏞️
From the fortress, we saw the Adriatic, the Cetina River canyon, and this historic pirate town below—pure magic.
Ended the day wandering the old town… the perfect finish to an unforgettable hike. ✨

Great first day in Split 🇭🇷
I said, “Let’s just wander”—but my wife had the whole day mapped out. Diocletian’s Palace, Saint Domnius, Peristyle… all checked.
Great seafood, amazing views, and fascinating ancient ruins!

Reflecting on 2025 & Looking Ahead to 2026 ✨🙏
2025 was incredible — full of growth, travel, and blessings 💼🌍✈️ I had the joy of exploring 5 new countries, each bringing new perspective and unforgettable memories. Grateful to God for every opportunity and for the amazing people who keep me grounded and inspired 🤍
Professionally, I hit record setting goals, welcomed new team members, and learned that growth truly lives outside the comfort zone 💪
A special thank you to everyone supporting Mr. Longevity — your encouragement around health and wellness means the world 💚
Above all, endless gratitude to my wife ❤️ Couldn’t do life without her 🙏
Excited for 2026 and trusting God’s perfect timing ⏳✨ Wishing everyone a fulfilling close to 2025 and an even better new year! 🥂🎉

Back in my high school gym today, and it was awesome to get a great workout in!
So many memories — and believe it or not, some of this equipment is still here over 25 years later. Grateful for where it all started. 💙💪

This is my best friend and cousin, Ben Inks, and I couldn’t be more proud of the man he’s become. He served our country, survived an IED, earned the Purple Heart, went on to receive his master’s degree in creative writing, became an author(Soft Targets), and now works for the federal government.
At the core of all of it is his love for God—and a healthy fear of Him—which shapes his character, guides his decisions, and defines how he treats others. Ben has never stopped striving to grow, both professionally and personally.
One of the things I value most about our friendship is this: even when we disagree, we talk it through. We don’t avoid it, we don’t let pride win—we have the conversation, and we reconcile. That takes real strength. I’ve watched some so-called “tough” men lose lifelong friendships because they mistake silence, stubbornness, or ego for masculinity. In reality, the ability to communicate, own your part, and work through conflict is what strong men actually do. Anything less is a loss.
It was great spending time with you this weekend and just being present. Thanks for making me a better man-Iron sharpening Iron. Keep going, brother—the sky’s the limit!

We were finally able to visit Findland — and I understand why it’s called the happiest country in the world! It all started with the nicest immigration officer we ever met!
We spent most of our time in Helsinki and It was cool to see how active, outdoorsy, and genuinely content everyone seemed. It’s an awesome city filled with history and the most saunas in the world. The Finns happiness is infectious! Totally worth a visit!
