What an incredible day! I just finished teaching my very first skincare formulation class, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude! 🙏 We dove deep into the amazing world of creating a non-lye surfactant-based shower gel, and it was an absolute blast! ✨
We covered so much, from essential safety protocols ⛑️ and understanding different ingredients 🌿 to mastering percentage conversions 📊 and perfecting ingredient ratios ⚖️. Watching my student grasp these concepts and bring their own shower gel to life was truly inspiring! 🤩
A massive THANK YOU to my wonderful student for giving me the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge! Your enthusiasm and dedication made this experience so rewarding. 🥰 I loved every moment of guiding you through the exciting process of formulation. Here's to many more classes and creations! My aroma hold a stench of sweetness due to my courageous ability to fight 🥷 for me. I am HER!!!!!!!! The road 🛣️ may be lonely but the fulfillment of eating from the plate of freedom I refuse to look back!!!!

If I can do it so can you!!! Never doubt yourself. Doubting yourself shows a lack of self-love, self-appreciation, and self-care. It all starts with you, did you know the outcome of your day is determined by self-love. When you love yourself you take care of yourself. I know you may be wondering well what is self-love. Well, it's easy to explain and easy to achieve. First and foremost you must get to know yourself. Once you have achieved this you can begin making adjustments to become the best you. Explore your body, your mind, your wants, and your desires. Become a master of self. After that, you must fall in love with yourself. Take yourself on a date ( I personally love good v-steam), highlight your attributes, escape in a good book, and create a plan to create an environment that provides a platform for you to shine. These things alone will display themselves in your everyday life. You wake up with more joy and purpose which in return will show in everything you do.
