Some sensations/feeling are more comfortable and desired than others. When you allow your higher self to face them and embrace them- AS IS- you can transform them and find peace in the process and optimize your outcome as swiftly as possible.

If you add labels, unproductive meanings and judgements, you are simply adding unnecessary energy and emotions to the experience and getting in the way of the best possible outcomes.

We all have the power to choose.
Some thoughts win and some thoughts loose.

If you want to free your mind and body from undesirable sensations you must be more aware of the thoughts and energy’s that you choose.
