COVID-19 POLICY
To our valued Stepping Out On Faith Customers:
In response to the Governor’s May 20, 2020 Executive Order, a great deal of thought and care has gone into making sure our salon environment and your salon experience is as safe and sanitized as possible. We care about your safety and it takes a lot of preparation to keep all the standards maintain for everyone’s safety. Effective immediately, we have implemented the following policy.

NEW POLICY
• Walk-ins are not allowed. Client visitors/guests are not allowed.
• If there is a wait time between your arrival and your service, you will be asked to wait in your car. You will be asked to leave your cell phone number for a call to come in.
• You will be required to wash your hands and or sanitize your hands each time you enter the salon.
• Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.
• You will be required to wear a mask at all times.
• No Food Allowed
• We ask that everyone sanitize your cell phone with a Lysol wipe. Wipes will be provided by your stylist.
• We ask that you keep all personal belonging with you at all times. Please do not place any personal belongings in any vacant chairs. We ask that you keep you belongings in your lap or on the floor next to you.

No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge of $25 on top of next scheduled services.
