🎉It’s Friend Friday and today we’re excited to introduce and thank our new friends over at Magnolia Mane Salon!

Hi! I’m Roxanna Acevedo, owner of Magnolia Mane Salon Fuquay Varina , located at 206 S Main Street in the heart of Downtown Fuquay. I took over the salon in October 2024 and have loved becoming part of this amazing community. Magnolia Mane is a full-service salon offering hair services, along with skin and nail services, and we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly space where everyone—young or old—feels welcome.

One of the things I love most about being downtown is the energy. A perfect day for me is when the weather is nice and the streets are full of people out walking, exploring, and enjoying everything our town has to offer. It’s such a great feeling to see the community come together.

My favorite event has to be the Fuquay-Varina Celebration. It’s so much fun being right outside the salon and watching the event unfold while seeing so many familiar faces stop by to show their support. I also love the Candy Hop and the Halloween trick-or-treating downtown—it’s absolutely adorable seeing all the kids and families out enjoying the day.

I wanted to become a Friend of the FVDA because I truly love being involved in everything happening in Fuquay. Being part of the FVDA gives us an even stronger sense of community, and I’m excited to support and take part in all the wonderful downtown events.
